These hot mix-n-eat cereals are filling, flavorful, easy to make, and exceptionally good for you –– on top of being really low-carb of course! They come in hefty 14-oz foil bags (each makes 10 servings) and are available in four varieties: Butter Pecan, Vanilla Almond, Cinnamon & Spice, and Chocolate!
Made from a mixture of ground nuts, wheat bran, flax seed meal, and other wholesome ingredients, it is hard to believe that they are only 2 carbs per serving, (after fiber reduction), and are unsweetened, so you can add your own personal favorite.
Stove top: Just add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of hot water to 1/2 cup cereal, let stand for 2 minutes until desired thickness. Stir periodically.
Microwave: Just add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of hot water to 1/2 cup cereal, microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes.
